Alice Waddington

Alice Waddington

Alice was born in Spain, and was an advertising creative during her early twenties for clients like Ubisoft or EDreams. She speaks Spanish, English, French, Catalan and Basque. At 27 and after her short film ‘Disco Inferno’ was first noticed by Guillermo del Toro, she became the youngest Spanish director to ever have a feature film in competition at the Sundance film festival: ‘Paradise Hills’ featuring Mila Jovovich, Awkwafina, Emma Roberts, Eiza gonzález and Danielle Macdonald.

Her film work has received 70 international festival nominations and two Academy Awards qualifications. She lives in Los Angeles, and has quite the vinyl record collection. A fan of all things kooky and spooky, she is an avid chess player and cat mom!
