Lauren Chengan is a South African based filmmaker (educated at the New York Film Academy (Los Angeles)) whose fresh, young filmmaking voice is ready to be heard.  Lauren has a unique style and way of looking at the world. 

Her unapologetic expression brings an added edge to her work and her bold visual style and passion for film making is coupled with a tireless energy and devotion to the work.  She stands for storytelling that is authentic, moving, and meaningful - however also enjoys a good laugh and believes that above all her work should entertain.
