Miguel is a Colombian-Australian film director based in Latin America. His interest in photography and camera work was kindled by his father, an amateur landscape photographer. 

Soon after finishing high school and demonstrating a talent in visual arts, he enrolled in the Advertising School at Jorge Tadeo Lozano University where he discovered his real passion, “filmmaking” 

Miguel specialized himself in film and video, developing a strong sense in visual style and storytelling. To further his skills, Miguel completed different masters degree, attending the University of Technology Sydney, the Australian Film, Television and Radio School in Sydney and ESCAC in Barcelona, Spain. 

Working on a different range of projects for advertising agencies and production companies, Miguel has had the opportunity to combine his skills as writer, director, and editor, delivering visual products of a highly professional degree.
