Rafa’s ability to turn a simple story into a powerful cinematic experience is reflected in her commercials. She began her film career as a cinematographer and through her growing interest for people and story she transitioned into directing seamlessly.

Her inventive and stylistic approach as a director has established her in the advertising world for over 13 years creating numerous commercials. She has worked with the likes of Mitsubishi, Ambev, Samsung, Chevrolet, Ford, Apple, Latam, Mizuno, Schin, etc.

At the root of her work, is the belief that commercials require more than just imaginative visuals, they require honesty, heart and a deep passion for storytelling.
