Tamika is a Los Angeles based commercial and film director whose roots began on the production side on high–profile music videos and television commercials, including major brands such as Samsung, Bank of America, AT&T and Toyota.

Tamika has received numerous awards and recognitions including Best Commercial at the LA Femme Festival, Outfest Audience Award for Outstanding Short Narrative, Showtime Black Filmmaker Showcase Grand Prize, San Francisco Black Film Festival Award for Best Short, Reel Sisters Film Festival Award for Best Short Narrative and many others.

Tamika recently directed the television movie The Christmas Lottery for MarVista Entertainment. And, she is currently developing her much-anticipated feature film UNDERCARD, starring actress/comedienne Wanda Sykes in her first dramatic role.

Tamika is currently a 2021 Juror for the prestigious Clio Awards - an annual award program that recognizes innovation and creative excellence in advertising, design and communication.
